Dated from the 19th century - 1880 to be precise -, Grande Hotel do Porto has already been a stay for famous politicians, artists and even spies. Its classical decoration reflects such organization and quality of service.

If you are hungry, not to worry. The restaurant D. Pedro II has a glamorous and romantic decoration, serving the best of the Portuguese traditional cuisine. Its name is in honor of the last Brazilian emperor, who stayed at the hotel after the monarchy fell at his country and the he was forced to exile.

But what if you are not ready for a full meal? What about some drinks then? You can tip your lips onto some drinks at the Windsor Bar. It's British royalty style - besides its name - have to do with the Duke of Windsor, or in other words, king Edward the 8th, who was also a noble guest of the hotel.
