The menu ranges from the veal carpaccio with parmesan chips and wild arugula to the traditional green broth, to the grilled sardines with peppers.

Located in the area of Cordoaria, in the parish of Vitória, Will Restaurante & Sushi Bar is preparing a party on the outside with all the famous dishes that mark this feast of São João. Sardines, entrecosto, fêveras, green broth, peppers and sangria are part of the today's menu. Popular music, with guest dj's, will not be missed. The party starts at 7:30 p.m.

Restaurante Porto Novo
A magnificent buffet dinner, with a menu dedicated to St.John. From the traditional sardines accompanied by Avintes broth, past the roasted peppers, there will be cod in the wood-fired oven, short ribs with a lemon dressing, among other specialties made by the Chef's of the restaurant. The best wines from the Hotel's cellars will also be present as well as red and white wine sangria.
