Mother's Day Brunch at the Crowne Plaza Hotel

On May 7, the Poivron Rouge Restaurante (Crowne Plaza Hotel) is hosting a special brunch to celebrate Mother's Day.

The Hotel Crowne Plaza, located on Avenida da Boavista, offers a menu thinking about the whole family. On the 7th of may all the mothers will be greeted with a cocktail of sparkling, an hotel offer. The dishes will be specially prepared by Chef Jorge Sousa.

Thinking about the kids Crownie, the resident mascot of the hotel in the shape of a bringela, and Pintolas the clown will be available throughout the meal to play with the kids.

The menu is extensive with a wide variety of dishes. Some of the cold dishes you may enjoy are: cherry tomatoes with mini mozzarellas on basil leaf, mini smoked chicken breast and apple wrap, potato wrapped shrimp, sweet chili sauce, mini grilled vegetable salads among others.

The meal follows with the hot dishes, such as chicken soup, seafood açorda, the red rib of venison DOP roasted with traditional flavors and fusili 4 cheeses among others.

You can also enjoy various desserts such as chocolate brownie, caramelized pineapple cake, crepes, pancakes, traditional jams, laminated fruit and fruit puree among others.
