The new restaurant will have as main protagonist the Mediterranean cuisine. The hotel wants to combine the quality of this cuisine area with a more healthy and natural style. The motto will be "food to share" and will rely on the experience of Chef Jorge Sousa. There is also a predictable change of space, which will be more casual and welcoming. Accompanying the radical change in the environment and the kitchen, the name of the room must also change.
