Christmas dinner at Digby Restaurant
Digby Restaurant shares its space with the Hotel Torel Avant Garde and opened this year in the center of Porto, now opening for the first time on Christmas night with a menu to measure.
The restaurant is located on the side of Palace Silva Monteiro, where is situated the Green Wine Institute and opens doors in Porto through the House of Food. This new restaurant is present in a 40s-listed building and in its shared space there is also a 5-star boutique hotel with a great focus on design and art.

This space stands out for its privileged location in Porto, the green garden and the stunning views of the Douro River and the city of Vila Nova de Gaia. The restaurant's cuisine is defined by a contemporary soul, where the flavors of Portuguese gastronomy are favored and there are dishes that originate from the House of Food, where what prevails is table art and flavors.

The reception on the evening of dawn begins at 8pm and for the evening's menu, the dinner on December 24 night consists of:
- Appetizer – Crab soufflé
- Peixe – Traditional Portuguese Christmas salted cod
- Carne – Roasted leg of kid, oven potatoes and Swiss chard
- Sobremesa – Christmas Desserts Buffe
- Price per person 70€ and drinks not included
- Wine Pairing Suggestion – 35€
