There is a new hotel in 2019 at the banks of the Douro
It's called Pestana Douro Hotel and is expected to be completed in 2019. The investment of 20 million euros at the banks of the Douro River is in charge of the Pestana Hotel Group.
The new hotel results from the rehabilitation of the old Fábrica Floral (Floral Factory), in the area of Gondomar. This will be the third hotel of the group at the banks of the Douro, counting already with Pestana Palácio do Freixo and Pestana Vintage Porto.

The Pestana Douro Hotel, which will have 165 rooms and an outdoor swimming pool, will make the border line between Gondomar and Porto and will be totally contiguous to Pestana Palácio do Freixo.
